Hi, can anyone suggest the best settings for dolphin on a Gpd win 2, it should be able to handle it with ease but I'm not getting great fps I've only tried metroid, thps 3 and rouge squadron 2 so far. I had a Sony xz2 previously and that worked far better!
Cheers

Yeah no, the GPD Win 2 won't be able to run those games that well.

It's low-end mobile hardware... it's good for older emulators and probably some lightweight games in Dolphin even. You listed two of the most strenuous series of games to run and another that's not exactly lightweight either.

Also, keep something up in your mind: Dolphin is NOT a PC game. You shouldn´t expect it to behave the same.

If you look at the specs, it's far weaker than most laptop hardware. The baseline CPU frequency is 1GHz, and it turbos to 2.6GHz if you can maybe avoid thermal throttling. But in a handheld device that small good luck that.

xz2 is AArch64 right? We don't have MMU implemented in the AArch64 JIT.

I'm not technical at all, its the Sony Experia 2 android phone using snapdragon 845. What's MMU trying not to sound thick. I've got an improvement in performance by turning off the WiFi
