Got bt and sensor bar still cant get ir to work

I've recently got a bt and wireless sensor bar tp play wii games on my computer. I have synced the wii remote to dolphin using the bluetooth and oput the sensor bar on the top of my tv but when i play a game that uses the pointer the pointer is there but wont move and stayes at the top of the sceen to where you can barely see it. I'm running the r7035 version of dolphin and my system is fine to run every game. I know I'm missing something here so please help, i'm having zombie shooting withdrawls.
