Got a problem as a new user to Dolphin

Hello all. I'm kinda new to Dolphin and I have a problem that I need help with. I downloaded Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Old Door, got dolphin-stable-5.0-rc-15-x64 and dolphin-master-4.0-7400-x64. I tried Dolphin 5.0 1st, the game was running well, no problems for me. But, when I turned it off to reload the game and to check my save date when I saved at the beginning of Rogueport, it wouldn't do anything, it just starts up and turns itself off, no error messages, nothing. Has anyone dealt with this problem and would be willing to help me on this? I really appreciate it.
