Got a new laptop but some problems...

Yesterday was my birthday and I got a brand new acer laptop. When I downloaded dolphin (4.0.2) and put on my original settings it was MUCH worse than what it was on my last one. Im talking 10 or so FPS. The game im looking to play is fire emblem: path of radiance.

Could anyone reccomend some changes I could make to make it run faster? If you need to know anything ill try my best to answer but im not very big on laptops so my answer may be vague.

I'm trying to but everytime I do it says "MSVCP140.dll is missing"
