I just got a new desktop and here are the specs:

Intel Core i7-2600 3.4 GHz(max 3.8Ghz)

8 GB Ram

AMD Radeon HD 7570

Is it good enought to play most games(especially TLOZ: Twilight Princess) at full speed?

Well, yeah... but you should have a bought a Core i7-2600k. Your CPU has no open multiplier and therefore it can't be overclocked that high...

My friend has an Extra "Core i7-2600k" processor.
Would I be able to replace it with the Core i7-2600k?

Most OEM PCs don't come with Z68/Z77 motherboard instead of H61/H67/H77 mobo , PSU - not much room for overclocking either
If you want to overclock , you will have to buy motherboard that support overclocking , maybe new PSU and an aftermarket cooler (Intel Stock cooler is crap)

Better to get 3rd gen intel CPU (Ivy Bridge). Its faster and costs same price as Sandy.
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX660 (proprietary nvidia driver v.358.16)
RAM: 2 x 4G DDR3 1333 MHz
OS: openSUSE Tumbleweed x86_64 (linux 4.3)
I'm using latest version of Dolphin-emu from git master branch.
