I believe I know what is wrong with your configuration, I was able to reproduce the "Game not found" error.
Go to Options > Configure... > Paths and hit Add... under ISO directories.
Find and select the folder that contains all your ISOs for Dolphin.
You should now see all the games on Dolphin's main window and it should be able to load the game when you attempt to join your friend's server.
