Okay, I already know their difference between fps and vps, and the only thing that aways annoyed me was the fact that sometimes the games was running at low fps, high vps and the emu showed 100% speed, but it was slow, very smooth but slow, like slow motion. Not a big problem at all, since it was only in a few games or places, like the classic hyrule field slow down, but now with the recent changes in the Framelimiter this is driving me crazy: I get like, high fps and low fps, and the games are like in slow motion as said before, and some others are even running at fullspeed but you can notice lack of frames per second. If I set Use FPS for Limiting, it let the fps go high, like normal speed, but the vps is still high, and so somehow the game is too fast.. Any clues why this happens? Think we will need a vps limiter or something like that?? And why is the emu choosing to render more vps instead of fps?

Well thx in advance, please fill me in with any info..

PS: Sound throttlhe is disabled...

EDIT: Heeeeey !! seems like copy EFB to RAM is causing this side effect !!! Or at least making it worse. Insanely worse. Hummm...

EDIT2: Fixed that, thx. Thread can be closed/deleted/whatever...

Yep, but most times I just cant understand its behavior... It acts like it could compensate low fps, but I have no idea on how it could do that and why.... Wich leads us to an interesting question: After knowing what is vps and fps, and their pratical difference, what is VPS for? I mean, what is its purpose?

no you fools!
vps is the emulated cpu, and fps is emulated gpu. The speed counter is calculated through vps.

So you mean when you have like 4 280 GTX and a AMD Athlon 5600+ you will have full speed in every game oO, cuz that's bullshit ya know :p.

you didn't read my post. I said emulated gpu, which means the wii gpu. Emulating that is harder than the wii cpu. The jit, vps for me is always higher than the fps if I turn of throttle.
