Going for a new build for Dolphin. Suggestions please.

Unlocked k CPU with a locked OC mobo ? Who would be fool enough to do that
Those i5 CPU don't stand a chance against Xeon that I recommended before . For PC gaming , Xeon is a better value since he don't overclock i5 anyway
