Do you have any cheats on?
Calculate the MD5 checksum (game properties, info tab) and post it here.

In the properties of Monster Lab, the tabs are empty: No patchs, no AR, no Gecko.

Does the disc integrity check pass? The check is accessible from the game properties > Filesystem > Partition 0. Right click the Partition 0 entry and select "Check Partition Integrity". Repeat this for each partition in the disc image.

If the check does not pass, try redumping the game disc to iso again.

Check Partition Integrity seams ok !?.

Real XFB might also fix the FIFO problem:

Options > Graphics Settings > Hacks > External Frame Buffer (XFB) = Real

I've just try in real, Dolphin limit the fps to 60.
I've a black screen for the first screens until the video,
when the video is displayed, if i press a button, it crash:
GFX FIFO: Unknow Opcode (0x03 @ 000000001B3F0000,preprocessing=yes)

I can't run the game without the option "Deterministic dual core" set to "fake-completion".
When it started (without hack), fps goes to > 1000 and first screens are blinking display.
I can press a button for go to the next screen...
The video is showed with 30 fps but if i press a button, it crash:
GFX FIFO: Unknow Opcode (0x3f @ 000000001B3F0002,preprocessing=yes)

Try running it in single core; that'd be even better than deterministic dualcore
