Firstly i wanna apologize my bad english.

Like the tile says im getting very fast lag spikes pretty often.
For example when i play Super smash bros brawl, my decent fps is 50.
But i keep getting theese weird video/ sound lag spikes which last like 0.5sec to 1sec.
Then game works fine like minute and then again lagspike, and for notice:
there ain´t any fps drops... O__o

And normal pc games don´t do that with me, all wii and gc games i´ve played have this friggin same problem...

Mariokart and New super mario bros have most problems.

Is my CPU clock the problem?

Or what could cause this possibly?

MH3
Smash bros brawl
Smash bros melee
Zelda windwaker
Zelda Twilight princess
New super mario bross
Mariokart

My specs:

Os: Win7 Ultimate x64

Cpu: AMD Phenom II T1100 Black edition x6 3.3ghz (with turbo 3.7ghz)
Cpu cooler: Zalman cpns Extreme
Mobo: Asrock 890GX Extreme 3
Gpu: AMD Radeon HD 6850 1GB GDDR5
RAM: Apacer 4x2GB =8GB 1333hz (gonna change it for Corsair vengeance 2x4GB 1600hz)
PSU: Corsair 650TX 650W

Display: BenQ 24" LCD

Also im getting SSD 80gb SATA II in two weeks. (Thou it wont matter now)

I don't see the point for
Widescreen hack.Just forcing the game to use 16:9 and enabling widescreen in the game's options works fine.

Try turning on v-sync and turning off "enable audio throttle".

Tried that one just second ago. still the weird lagging happens.
For example when i chose kirby in smash bros brawl it lagged someway like this when i confirmet the charr: "ki-ki-ki-kirby!" and the video lagged too. <--- that kind of lagging im meaning. And fps was 50 at moment, didn´t drop a single point.
