Getting Started With Dolphin [OUT OF DATE]

Luis, i'm trying to run dolphin in this pc, but it don't are reconizing the old plugin (i put the file in the folder plugins, of course).
Why dolphin not are reconizing the plugin?
What i have to do for he reconize?

Yes... The directx is the most updated...
And dolphin runs well in this PC of my friend(this pc runs in ogl, at less)...
This pc are a turion 64x2, with a gforce7000m. I'm using winXP. The directx is 9.0c. The plugin don't are showed in list...

my first time with dolphin.i wanna know how idk,i can get my emulator to not stop working,or make it slightly faster,just a tiny bit.i try to play metroid prime and it starts sorta ok,like 20 smtng fps.then when game is getting it on,slows down(2-5 fps),then it stops working.this is my computer-

system:32 bit

ok,i fixed the pad prob.idk,had something to do with activex i guess.wellp,it works.metroid prime 1 starts off great,like friggin 50-60fps.but,once the game is started(like,after menu stuff) it slows down....till its like 1.5 fps.W T F.lol.huff.i cant even make it to the part where i get to start off with samus.this is sad.what CAN i do to make this game work,i dont mind it going 70-50% its real speed.but 5%????? no.lol.if any1 can help me id b gratefull.
