Dolphin uses as much CPU power as it requires for full speed. it's ok Wink

could someone please help me with this i just downloaded dolphin 4253 and when i try to use dx9 plugin emulator crashes this didn't happen when i used 4244 and now plugin does not show up in the list anymore
