As the title says, I have been getting slower FPS in SSBB than I think I should, with it fluctuating between 40-50. I have also been having random lag spikes in SSBM in which the sound stutters and the video lags.

I was using that, but after dumping the DSP files from my Wii and switching to LLE, I am never going back. The sound glitches so much less often now.

Usually just one or two, but when I have a party and people are doing 4 player games it can get pretty bad.

Adding more players will cause a slowdown on your CPU most likely. That is normal. I believe your 1 player results are normal as well for PAL versions. This might just be the speed you get.

Well, as you've got an H61 Mainboard, you're not able to over clock your CPU. If you want more FPS, this can help you a little bit:

* Try the official Dolphin 3.0 release
* Try this settings -> http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=23618 (admin89 already gave you the link)
