That's the problem with them companies making drivers for such things ( shakes head ). Most companies dont use the built in HID rumble because quite frankly its hard to write a HID/PID based rumble. I know, I did it ( see sig ). Fact remains you are stuck depending on drivers for your device. As you guessed and I'm willing to bet its a driver related problem with 64bit applications. I use my adapters on dolphin 32/64 on win 7 32/64 all works fine, its not dolphin.
