Getting rumble/vibration to work on 64bit systems.

Hey guys, been a while since I last played around with the Dolphin emulator. Back in the day I was using XP 32bit and the rumble worked perfectly with the emulator. I've recently upgraded and I cant seem to get rumble working with 64bit version of the emulator. I think I may have isolated the problem down the 64bit drivers not installing. I've checked DXdiag and for 32bit it says I have rumble drivers installed, for 64bit there are none. The Playstation 2 controller rumble works great when running the PCSX2 emulator (which by default is 32bit i believe) I have a USB to PS2 converter that I had gotten from radioshack. Very similar if not the exact thing as this. Checking radioshack site yields no results for 64bit version of the drivers.
My question is, how would I be able to force the drivers to install in 64 bit? Or is that even possible?

Are you 100% sure that you have enabled it in the controller configuration? I see no reason why it should be dolphin's fault that it doesn't work, and if it isn't dolphin's fault then this probably isn't the best place to ask.

That's the problem with them companies making drivers for such things ( shakes head ). Most companies dont use the built in HID rumble because quite frankly its hard to write a HID/PID based rumble. I know, I did it ( see sig ). Fact remains you are stuck depending on drivers for your device. As you guessed and I'm willing to bet its a driver related problem with 64bit applications. I use my adapters on dolphin 32/64 on win 7 32/64 all works fine, its not dolphin.

Well the thing is, the rumble feature doesn't show up in controller configuration, but the rumble IS there when I play my PS2 games and pc games that are running in 32bit mode, strange to say the least. So I'm guessing since its only installed in program files (x86) it only works on applications running in 32bit mode. Apologies if this is the wrong section, but I figured this would be the best place to ask.

I just tried configuring the rumble in 32bit version of Dolphin and it works great. Too bad it dosen't work in 64bit :/

And you're sure you aren't using a custom build with rumble disabled? I get the option to configure rumble even with a keyboard and mouse.

This is one of the situations which I feel I could fix if I could get at your computer, but probably won't be able to do it through the forums.

Here is a screenshot. The one on the left is the official 64bit build (about a week or so back).
The one in the middle is the Lectrode's current ICC 32bit build (rumble is working on that one) and finally the one on the right is Lectrode's 64bit ICC build. You can see the rumble is recognized in the 32bit version, but not in either official or custom 64bit builds.
