Hi, I've been messing around with Dolphin lately and I'm incredibly surprised at the fact that it's even playable on my computer given my specs, which are literally atrocious.
I've been playing Sonic Adventure DX in Dolphin 4.0 and while it's obviously not hitting 60 FPS consistently, I'm getting between 30 and 45 ingame and 60 in menus, so I would say it's incredibly playable.

My specs:
Operating System: MicroXP v0.82 x86
Processor/CPU: AMD Sempron 2800+ @ 2GHz
Video Card/GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 6100
Memory/RAM: DDR Single Channel 512MB
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 4.0

I'm using the default settings, no changes whatsoever. o ^ o
I'm definitely not complaining, haha, just looking for an explanation if this is a fluke. If Dolphin is actually good enough to run that well on hardware this bad, I'm thoroughly impressed! [Image: heart.gif]

Its not like a PC game, running at 45 FPS on Dolphin will make the game slower motion compared to full speed.

Maybe even introduces audio stutter, I'm not sure. I don't run games unless I can get full speed.

If you just want to play that game, it was released on PC and you can get it on steam for cheap.

Wait, waht? I had one of those CPUs a few months ago, and I couldn't even get Dolphin to run on it.

Oh, no, I know. The audio isn't perfect, and it is slower, of course, but I find it very playable. And, I know it's on PC; I already have it (the superior 2004 port, not the Steam version). I'm emulating the GC version to get tech/hacking info for Sonic Retro, haha
