Getting Lag During Emulation

My emulator is lagging while I'm playing my Cube; especially during cinematics.

I'm running it on a cheapo laptop that I bought at Walmart, so maybe that's the problem.

Specs are:

Operating System: Windows 10/ x64bit OS/
Processor/ CPU: Intel® Celeron® CPU N3350 @ 1.10GHz
Video Card/GPU: Intel® HD Graphics (Driver Version: 22.0.16.4749
Memory/RAM: Installed RAM 4.00 GB

Running Dolphin 5.0

I checked a post on the forum and followed the instructions that worked for somebody else, but for me it doesn't work. Maybe it's the computer I'm using...

You hit it right on the head. Your PC is too slow.

If you want a good baseline that will run everything in Dolphin, look at a Haswell (or newer) / Ryzen (or newer) CPU with two or more physical cores at 3.7 ghz or faster

For some reason when I try to load any game it just goes black or crashes. Here are specs :
Operating system: Android 9 pie
Phone model: Nokia 6.1
CPU: Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 2.21GHz
GPU render: Adreno ™ 508
RAM: 3GB
