Hello, my name is billi1000 and I am new here. I have realized an issue that has been for quite a while on the net, and it is running games listed uncompatable with Dolphin or any of its SVN builds by booting another game (which is abviously supported) and then stopping the emulation and running the other. This worked with Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, giving a good emulation at a decent speed by booting Shadow the Hedgehog or Mario Golf TT Hit Stop then stopping the emulation and running Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. Its even got pictures from many people on the net, and each has used a different build with plugins. So I am asking if anyone knows the proper plugins needed to boot the game with this method and if the game doesn't simply crash after the intro or start menu, thanks. I hope this information will help the Dolphin-Emu team in finding what these booted games are triggering to allow the uncompatible games to run at a decent speed, and maybe without crashing and with good sound emulation. I'll update this thread as soon as I gather more information. Please feel free to comment and give your oppinion!
P.S. Here is a bit of proof for what I meansioned with pictures and all:
Update: It seems this method can't be used for all SVN builds till now since some changes have been made that make this method invalid for them, so if anyone has tested a game that previously gave a "FPSCR - exceptions enabled. Please report" error on the latest SVN Build (Especially Pokemon XD since we've taken it as an example)please meansion the results and the error that is given and if there is any possible way of booting it.
