I might be reaching here, but you're sure your PSU is sufficient? Often when there's little logic to be found, it's a faulty PSU - or an underpowered one. But then again.. in that case you should experience issues with PC games as well.

That's awesome (when absolutely stable), but could also lead to throttling issues. It doesn't show on the graphs you posted, but could still be the case. I think that's what user Tuanming is after
Maybe just try running the CPU @stock speeds and see what it does!
