Getting fps drops in most games

I am playing at IR x4 because I havent had any issues with it before. I did have fps drops during combat in Wind Waker, but after I switched to DSP HLE, it stopped. On Wii games I will usually turn it down if I need to. But apparently my GPU is capable at playing that high
