Getting Error When Opening ISO/GMC

When i start legend of zelda twilight or pokemon col it gives me this error

,"Can't create opengl renderer. You might be missing some required opengl extensions,check the logs for more info."

if you know how to fix this please help me

-it worked on my other computer(where i first installed it) but it ran very slow Sad how can i ,make it run from 5% to a higher % so it runs faster instead of it lagging

COMPUTER SPECS
Processor- Intel® Core ™2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHZ
RAM- 3.00GB
-32bit

i been trying to figure out what my graphics card is but i can't seemt o find it. do you know where i can find it


i tried updating it but this is what my driver is or what it says -Intel® G33/G31 Express Chipset Family

that doesnt support opengl 2.1 so use the dx9 plugin
