Getting error from not dpdating DirectX runtime (I have Directx 12 tho?)

When I start Dolphin, I got the XINPUT1_3.dll error, and sure enough it's common enough to appear in the FAQs:

Anybody know how to work around this? Their download link is 404'd :|
