Getting an alert-- FBManager::Create FAIL

So I know that I had this build of Dolphin working on this computer back a few months ago, but when I come back and try to open it I'm now getting these two alerts, one after the other.

Pentium® 4CPU 3.20GHZ
2.13GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM
GeForce 6200

Can somebody tell me what I need to do to fix this?

Try unchecking "use panic handlers", or update your drivers

Known nvidia problem... Just use opengl on games/situations that create that error.
