Geting started!???

I recently downloaded Dolphin in hopes that I will play some good games. But it is not working! An error jumps out:

"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem."

What should I do to make this program work?

get VC++ service pack just like it says in the stickies of support where you shouldve posted yet you are ignoring all rules?

yes install net framework I had the message by nearly every game if i dont install this.

try it and say whether it works.
