Gestures on Android

Hello, Dolphins!
Recently I had a problem with IR capabilities on Android version of Dolphin, but a fella helped me by giving me this version of app (https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-emulating-ir-controls?pid=485891#pid485891)
Yet, I encountered a problem, again. It's the same game (And Then There Were None). You see, the game requires certain gestures, specifically, to open a door, you must make, a gesture of turning a door knob. Is there anything I can do to bypass this, or at least make it work? Thanks in advance.

I'm not completely familiar with that game but it sounds like it needs accelerometer input along with IR input. Currently games that heavily rely on motion controls will be unplayable on android without mapping an external controller/joystick to tilt/swing/shake.

Dang. Well, thanks anyways. Is there any hope for these options to become available w/o joystick?
