It's not yet clear if it's exclusive to A640.

A640 (API 1.1.87)
A530 (API 1.1.87)

its better look fo devices that way http://vulkan.gpuinfo.org/listreports.php?feature=geometryShader
and then filter them by platform (arm) or OS (android) - just type a word in empty box. Finally filter by vendor
