Gecko Codes question (Dolphin 5.0)

Is there a way to insert custom cheat codes into Dolphin? The built in cheat manager seem to only let you download and install codes from GeckoCodes.org. I have some codes I put together for Rune Factory Frontier that I would like to use playing on Dolphin.

In the game properties, Click on "Edit Config", search for the section [Gecko] (or add one) and add your cheat. the Syntax seems to be:
$Name (Beginning)
00000000 00000000
(aka code, if you understand)
* (Description)
* (Description, continued)
