Gecko Codes aren't saving after being edited.

I'm playing Monster Hunter Tri (US) RMHE08 and i used the download Gecko codes option and got the all the codes. It saves normally but when i go into the "Edit Config" and change the Values to a code then save and exit, all the codes disappear.

Example.
4A000000 90000000
120E070C 0000????
E0000000 80008000

i change the "????" to "002A" then save and exit all the codes disappear and i have to donwload all the codes again.

Example.

Try using an editor other than Notepad to edit the codes.  For example, try using Notepad++ or UltraEdit
