I asked this on Google Code, but it seems that this problem is very specific to a single game I play (AFAIK)

https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=7808

So I'm asking here in case anyone else knows what's going on.

What's happening is that at random times while recording input (only seems to happen with Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO), a "No controller in Port 1" message (in-game) will pop-up for a few frames and then immediately disappear. This even happens when using the keyboard! Maybe this is related to GCPadStatus?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry to come back to a dead thread like this, but I've found something of a strange co-incidence.

When overclocking the emulated CPU high enough in newer Dolphin versions, Burnout 2 seems to randomly pause in a similar manner to CVS2.

Maybe the timings of something is a problem?
