Yeah, Your CPU is Just Too Weak. P4's are to old to run Dolphin With Decent Speeds. You Need a Dual Core
And you Chould Always Use a Bat File or Gamebooster
That's what I figured, but I appreciate the reply. Now I won't have to spend another hour trying to tweak it seeing if I can get it to work.
