[GCN] PS3 Controller Stopped Working

I got the dolphin emulator quite recently and started playing Pikmin then found an old PS3 controller. I configured it and it worked fine. After playing for awhile I decided to shut down my computer and go to bed. Today I started up my computer and the controller didn't work at all. I've tried unplugging it then plugging it back in, removing it from the bluetooth tab. Nothing seems to work.
