Unfortanetly, everyone says I have a very decent PC.. but I cant seem to get fullspeed on Windwaker.. on Outset island i get average 22-26 fps

Im using R 6228
Enable dual core is on
Enable Idle Skipping
Jit Recompiler
Lock threads on cores (I have tried both on and off, same thing)
Enable CPU-EFB acces
EFB Scaled Copy
Enable EFB Copy to Texture (and ram same thing)

AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ 3.0ghz
6GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 4670
ASUS M4A785-M

What resolution are you running at, what video plugin are you using, are you using SSAA, are you using audio throttle? I need a more detailed list of your settings. Your cpu might be insufficient or your video card might be insufficient for your settings (in which case you can just adjust a few settings and you will be fine).

Im using DX9 No SSAA and disabled audio throttle..
what "specific" information do you need?

I'm willing to bet your cpu is insufficient. Try lowering your resolution to 640 x 480 and unchecking efb scaled copy, if it helps then you know it was your gpu, otherwise you need a better cpu (more likely).
