[GC] Zelda Wind Waker run/jump issue

Computer: Win10 x64 PC, with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti GPU, 8GB RAM, AMD Athlon Quad 3.7Ghz CPU.
Dolphin: latest 5.0
Game: Zelda Wind Waker for Gamecube.

Issue: when I run, it runs faster than it should. When I jump (run off a cliff/rock), it doesn't jump far enough.
I tried renaming the Dolphin Emulator folder from my Documents folder, to reset all config. I tried controlling with a keyboard or Xbox controller. I tried changing a lot of things in the settings, including the speed limit (with I had at 100%). Nothing helps.
If I run the same Dolphin, with the same ISO, on my MacBook, I see how fast Link should run, and how far he should jump, and that is very different from what I get on the Win10 PC.

Any idea what I could try?

Thanks

- Guillaume

Are you using any cheat codes? Was is your emulation speed?

I was using 60fps/16:9 cheats, but I disabled all of those and reset everything to default settings when I renamed my "Dolphin Emulator" folder in my Documents folder.
Emulation speed: you're talking about Options > Configure... > Speed limit ? It's at "100% (Normal Speed)".

I'm pretty sure the 60FPS would be what broke it.

I thought so too, thus why I disabled it. I tried to make sure the Dolphin settings I used were the same as the ones on my MacBook, where it works fine, by resetting all Dolphin setting.
But that didn't help. I see have the same issues.
