Shocked
I used both svn 4632 & 4986, but the picture blinks constantly in & out of color... So I print screen on the blinking areas and paste it on paint, but the image looks normal or like it should. It doesn't look like the flickering color dolphin screen... Confused here... Is anyone else having the same problem?

Dolphin settings are:

General --> All on Except Enable cheats / Frame rate

Advanced Settings --> All on Except interpreter(very slow) / Lock Threads

OpenGL Plugin

Advanced Display Settings --> All on Except render to main window / enable hot keys

Enhancements Tab --> Enabled 1x and checked forced linear filter

Advanced Tab --> Enabled copy EFB to to GL texture (hack)

Thanks for the reply, I placed the plugin in the plugin folder and received this message: Plugin_VideoDX9.dll, it has a missing function.

How to fix this error?

yep i have directx 11 installed. Then I went to all programs windows update and searched for updates... No updates. Maybe the .dll doesn't work?

You still need to update your DirectX to the latest bi-monthly release regardless if Windows Vista, 7 and even the future Windows 11 already come with DirectX 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 or whatever installed. Download and run the DirectX web updater or download and install the latest DirectX full redistributable package.

Windows Vista and 7 come with very basic runtimes out of the box that is just enough to run the operating system. There are certain runtime dll's that games and applications use that are out of date or missing so DirectX will need to be updated to include the latest runtime dll's and any missing dll's.

Also Dolphin only uses DirectX 9, so it's the DirectX 9 runtimes that need to be updated.

You also will need the Visual C++ Redistributable 2008 (x86) if you have a 32-bit operating system, both x86 and x64 versions if you have a 64-bit operating system.
