If crashing is fixed since at least 3.0-766, should this be granted a higher compatibility rating? Or is there some other residual issue?

The commits that fixed this game were reverted due to them breaking other games.

The game worked from 3.0-721 to 3.0-766 but has been broken again since 3.0-766

I can't get the game to display in widescreen as shown in the video in OP. No matter what I use like 16:9 aspect ratio or widescreen hack or both, the video appears stretched in a way that everyone looks fat.

I'm using 3x internal resolution, how do I get my game to look as it does in the video?
