Update: I've tried changing to D11 since I read that this effects the graphics card a lot more which is good (6970 2GB).

DSP is set to LLE, should i check "DSP LLE on Thread" ?

Also is it possible to make it so that the map is working correctly and that custom textures are loaded?

Yes, check DSP LLE on Thread, it frees up the other threads that Dolphin uses for everything else. Even if it doesn't do that, your audio emulation will be faster.
