This may be a regression in the auto AR code, as I believe this had worked when I had tested the various games with internal AR settings. I'll eventually take another look and update the Wiki appropriately. Setting the Force 16:9 AR option should account for this. 09-22-2018, 05:25 AM

Created an account just to ask this question....but I can't make a thread unless I have 1000 posts? It's just a simple question and I don't want to dedicate so much just to get some help.
Looking for a way to spawn weapons with commands or something. I want to be able to play the story and use weapons that aren't normally on the map. Anyone know how? TS2 had a cheat that gave you all weapons at once, but FP doesn't seem to have anything like that. I'd be happy with even a command prompt or something. Anyone mind helping me out? 03-04-2019, 04:32 PM

Any time you have transparency effects taking up huge portions of the screen, GPU performance bottoms out hard. This is caused by something called overdraw, where pixels have tons of overlapping information that needs to be processed, usually caused by transparency effects. Instead of the GPU only doing a few light calculations per pixel, it has to do several more, drastically increasing the cost to render. The more pixels the effects take up, the more severe the performance hit. Not a lot you can do about that.Is there no way to deal with this still? Really makes the game meh to play when any type of explosion or particle spam happens in the game. 11-21-2021, 11:18 PM
Hi, the game continues with some slowdowns, audio chopping and FPS drop when throwing a grenade. I use the latest development version of Dolphin.
I've done several configuration changes and it doesn't change the emulation. I hope they fix this 11-30-2023, 11:13 AM
I'm running into an issue on the second stage, Scotland the Brave. When I enter the castle and have to separate with Captain Ash, as soon as I touch the wooden double door in the other room the game soft locks. The UI disappears, the music goes silent, but Cortez is still standing around and is unable to move. Trying to activate the door makes the music come back, but the door never opens and I need to reload a state to get control back.
What do? 12-01-2023, 08:30 AM
Are you loading a savestate when you start the game? I would recommend using a normal save and see if that changes anything.

It's working for me now, though I noticed something. My Dolphin has 2 listings for Future Perfect, and I was using the first one until I tried your suggestion. After loading the second listing and just playing up to the second stage normally without a save state, the level continued without a problem. |
