After hearing that this game is quite playable, I decided to grab myself a copy of this game in PAL format. I noticed that JAP was not known to be a part of PAL format but it is also not a part of NTSC format either.

PAL = European Countries, Only?
NTSC = Canada, United States

Anyhow, I could only get this game past the new profile screen. Right after I entered the names for my character and the pet. A new screen popped up and I pressed "a" to continue. Afterward, the entire screen became black-blank and nothing more. It would seem as though the emulator froze.

I've attempted the settings suggested for this game in this forum. however, the freeze-screen still occurs.

I request a solution for this or at least have the dev's attention to this problem. My first experience with this emulator; although I am impressed by how it can run a game, i do not find it that great due to my game-of-choice not working. Semi-disappointed, I am, but as long as this emulator do not die I will always hold it the one and only working GC emulator.

Try to disable AA. Also Japanese usually comes to NTSC.

Well, that is news to me. Thanks for clearing up the big one for me.

Hopefully, this gets resolved soon. Guess I will have to wait another year.

cmccmc, it's nice to have an optimistic community.

Anyway, I found out that I can play this game at full speed but just no sound.

Here are my Spec:
AMD Athlon X64 +6400 3.2Ghz
ATI Radeon HD 4870
3.5GB Ram

What I found out is that the Catalyst software should not be touched and Dolphin will run smoothly. However, Dolphin will crash on me at the menu screen if I had Real XFB turned on.

Dolphin Graphical Options:
Auto Scale
Native Resolution
Fullscreen (1280x1024)
Windowed (1280x960)
Anisotropic 1x
Copy EFB to Real RAM

Turned out everything ran smoothly for every game with this option.

Recommend people to not touch their driver softwares like ATI Catalyst and nVidia thing. Leave things at default and let Dolphin work its magic.

Going back to test a few options, I notice that whatever caused the crash at menu was not from ZTP Bloom Hack. Turning off Real XFB increases gameplay speed dramatically.
