Basically that's it.

Overclocking would help you but since it's a laptop you can forget that

Thanks again for all your help, really very much appreciated! Big Grin

Hi Guys
Im having a bit of trouble running TP atm, I got the bug where the Game will crash when trying to use a Howling Stone, and i found a fix where you Disable Dual Core and Idle Skipping, it worked but now my Game runs at Half the normal FPS. i usually get constant 30fps but now i can barely get past 17fps. i already re enabled it but it still wont change my FPS
Plz Help

I suppose you switched between Dual Core/Single Core by using save states right? That might be your problem. Try to use an in-game save instead

I am using 3.5 and the recommended settings however, every second or third time I run the game (I always use the same iso) I get an unknown opcode error and "Dolphin will likely crash or hang enjoy" (which it does after about 15 minutes.

Why would this only happen every second or third run and not every run? I can literally run it, close Dolphin and run it again and it may or may not happen or it may happen on the first run.

Everything works fine using 3.0 but it lacks many of the optimizations that assist in Hyrule Field in running full speed late in the game.

I can post settings if needed.

Ideas?

I'm having a similar problem with TP that jessberry 123 was having; in that the game is only running at half speed . Quick correction, it is running at full speed according to the window, but it's only getting 10-15fps. Before I gave up a few months ago I managed to get the intro movie up to about 26fps with the rest of the game choking at about 15fps. The audio is also horribly out of sync. For the intro it ends when the picture has gotten maybe a fourth of the way through the sequence but things like sfx such as Epona's galloping match.

I am very open to suggestions on this. My comp's tech specs are in my signature.

I am guessing using the latest version is the best solution to my TP issue...giving it a shot this weekend.

Your issue is weird. Yes try with latest builds and tell us if it's still happening
