So i've finished the dragon place

and when i walk through the teleport place

it goes through then the screen goes white

stays white ... FPS goes to 200+ and it says CPU is at 700% haha

and stays like that until I push stop

Also i get like 19fps which seems decent enough to play

except at that dragon place the fire made everything choppy and reduced FPS to 12

i have a i5-450m @ 2.7GHz
hd5850 1gb ddr5
4gb ddr3
its a GX640 mSi laptop

I'm not sure, but I think that you should get the game running at full speed with your rig.
And the game appears to crash like that sometimes. It happened one time to me in the forest island, then I just tweaked some settings and it worked.
I don't know if there is any precise way to get rid of these crashes.

For some reason when using the DX11 plugin things that are in front of Link are extremely blurred but once you move to them they become sharper again.

- Most main menu images replaced (A few images left to replace)
- Path, grass, clouds and rock floor textures replaced (though I'm not totally happy with a few of them, they look a bit too clean)
- Telescope image replaced (I was going to replace as many of the menu images as possible but Dolphin is a bit annoying for replacing textures and has disheartened me)
- First island map replaced.
- Nintendo Logo and Dolby Logo replaced.
Same instructions as last time. Copy the GZLE01 directory into User/Load/Textures.
Download Link

PS For a look at how the Dolphin texture loading is broken, have a look in the Telescope directory (those make the image work for the first island area of the game Dodgy).
PPS It's not as easy as it looks, but feel free to critique and use anything of mine.
PPPS I thought that I should make it clear that this is still much more Benito's pack that mine.
Edit: Added higher resolution rupee counter.

I'm hoping there's a simple fix to my problem, but I am just stuck. I've tried multiple SVNs with these textures. I have the DX9 plugin in use, with the enable high rez option checked. I have the textures in the /users/Load/Textures/GZLE01 folder. I'm 99.99% positive I have all my settings correct. Here's what I've tried:

I have the DX9 plugin in use, with the 'enable high rez' option checked. I have the textures in the /users/Load/Textures/GZLE01 folder.

1) Put the .png files (just the HUD) from Benito into the folder. Fired up WW, no dice.
2) Deleted Benito's files, put the .png files from Uhyve into the folder. Fired up WW, again, no textures loaded.
3) Dumped the textures myself to ensure that the naming convention is correct. Turns out, the names of matching textures (like the purple "Z" button for example) are different from what Benito & Uhyve have.
4) Used a couple hi rez textures from Benito/Uhyve and renamed them using the file names from my own texture dump. Even this wouldn't work.

I tried last night for a good 2 hours in multiple SVNs, but alas, nothing. Is there some bone-headed mistake I'm making? Or do I need to use the exact same SVN Benito used?

Specs:
Built my own gaming rig:
Win7 Pro 64-Bit
Intel QX9650 @ 3.0GHz
8GB DDR2 @ 1066MHz
ATi 4850

Thanks

Yeah, all of the texture names have changed for some reason, in Wind Waker at least.

You would think though, with me dumping the textures, getting the correct names, and then correlating them correctly to your textures, then naming them correctly, it should work right? Methinks something else is awry.

Huh, that is weird. Can't see what would be happening there. I'm building the newest version of Dolphin now, I'll give it a go and see what happens.

I tried renaming some of them and they worked, but no way in hell am I renaming all of them, just to have them be made incompatible again by a later revision.

Yeah, worked for me aswell. I've made an issue report on the SVN page about the many duplicate files. If they do something about that, then the whole thing would be much easier and I'd probably consider working on textures a bit more. Also, I've noticed that textures change names depending on which level of "Safe Texture Cache" is enabled... the texture pack would be massive with the way Wind Waker works at the moment.

Apparently, the textures use checksums in order to create the textures name, the thing that makes this whole duplicate file thing weird is that I've checked the duplicates with a diff tool, and all of the files are completely identical, so the checksum should be the same.
