Are you using Dx? I had the same problem and switching to opengl and tweaking my settings fixed it for me.

i have already Graphic bugs in Drakonia when i go outside. looks like a tornado ^^

what can i do?

Alright so i just recently beat the tower of the gods and i am now in hyrule
everything is black though and all i can see is link, the ship, and the portal
any help???

Hey everyone. I'm having some major problems with The Wind Waker. Hopefully someone knows what it is.

In addition to the obviously unavoidable sound issues, the minute I boot up the game, I get MASSIVE graphical glitching, except for on the menu / subscreens etc. Is my computer not strong enough to handle the game?

AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2.60 GHz
2.00 GB RAM
32-bit Operating System

What type of "graphical glitching" exactly? You haven't given us any real info.

Just try different settings and what build are you using? This applies to both of you.

Unfortunately no I can't. I just had to reformat my system, just use trial and error though.

Though your system is indeed old, it is more than enough for this game. I need your settings though.

For the record most of you should be trying different settings before posting these kinds of questions here, or at least posting your settings so I can identify changes that need to be made. Most of us who have been helping answer questions in these types of threads do not magically know how to fix everything, we know how to fix issues because we had those issues too when we were first trying it out but we experimented with settings and builds until we got it resolved, that's how we know how to fix them.

YOU ALL NEED TO POST YOUR SETTINGS BEFORE I CAN HELP ANY OF YOU, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU THAT I HAVE QUOTED NEEDS TO DO THIS.

Ignore my last post. I have a significantly less pressing issue now.

I just changed the plugin to Direct3D9 and it's much, MUCH better. The only problem I'm having now is the framerate - but only in fullscreen. It's fine when the window is small! Undecided

EDIT: Wait, never mind. It's screwed up when the window is small too. Ideas?

So your only issue is framerate now? You still haven't posted your settings. You might have aa turned on for all I know.

I'm sorry I'm not being clearer. Let me try to rephrase my issue:

The framerate is very slow. Running between 35-40 FPS. Do you know of a way to speed it up?

Reread my post, I realized what you said about 5 seconds after posting and edited my post. Running low on sleep here.

Edit: *begins laughing hysterically* 30 fps is fullspeed for this game, set framelimit to auto.
