Thanks, but it didn't help. It might be the build i'm using (think it's out of date) or the version of the game i'm playing (assuming they aren't all the same).

I still get the broken "heat effect" on dragon island, have tried all builds. Im running xp with quad core and ati 4850, latest drivers. Have tried both open gl and directx

Help?

I've tried a lot of different configurations and it seems there's no way to solve this issue. I waited a fix of the issue to continue but it seems it will never be fixed ! This bug has always been there ... So I finished the dungeon with the bug, it's the only place where it's really problematic, this bug appears in every heat effect yet ...

I have to report an issue when I went from r4771 to r5245: there's no more shadows on the ground since I upgraded, does anyone has solved this ?

Edit: Ok I solved this issue and the "real time 16:9" with the Jitl experimental recompiler Smile
WOW excellent recompiler, it added nice depth of field and blur <3

Hmm no, it's not the Jitl compiler which reactivate the widescreen black bars and the shadows, in fact it's the Bleach Hack which remove all these effects, you have in fact to chose the Twillight Princess Projection hack to keep these effect and remove the too aliased bloom !

I think it would be good to update the first post !

Edit: sh*t the Twilight princess hack removes the black borders too, but not the shadows ! It's still better than the Bleack hack ! But I think I'll play without any hack !

Hello, just discovered Dolphin recently and it is awesome. I started playing this game and it runs great, save for an occasional slow down, looks fantastic (much better than gamecube does on my HDTV), but I'm experiencing a problem that's driving me nuts.

Whenever I save or load the game, 90% of the time it crashes. I'm talking about Dolphin's save feature, not the in-game one (that one is retarded as it puts you at the beginning of a level). Is there any fix for this? I looked through a bunch of pages here but couldn't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW, I'm using 4771 and playing with OpenGL as D3D just gives me a black screen.

I had played The Legend of Zelda: Baton of Wind. It is an action-adventure game and also the tenth installment in The Legend of Zelda series. The game is set on a group of islands in a vast sea. It features several dungeons—large, enclosed, and often underground areas. The game is set on a sea consisting of 49 sections arranged on a seven by seven grid and Each section contains an island or small group of islands.

Okay I have a couple of questions regarding issues with the Wind Waker.

1) I have been disabling EFB copy to RAM in order to disable the Depth of Field in the game. The effect really pixelates everything in the distance and creates a small graphical artifact around foreground elements with the depth of field is behind them. Is there a work around for this? I'd like to have this feature enabled as it effects other things in game, such as the hazy effect in the first fire dungeon. When disabled the sprites are actually drawn in black. Also this feature allows the picto box to actually save photos instead of crashing.

2) This leads to my second question, is there anyway to fix the heat distortion effect in game? It seems to have issues in that it doubles whatever is drawn behind it creating a doubling effect.

Thanks ahead for any help you may be able to provide. I'm using the current beta 2.0 build of Dolphin and my system specs are as follows.

Intel i7 860@2.8
Radeon HD 5850
8GB DDR3
Windows 7 64bit
