What is the latest rev that doesn't experience the slowdown? It would be good to indicate such in the first post.

i think u have to disable cpu->efb access

The dramatic slowdown persists with "Enable CPU->EFB access" disabled, at least in the Direct X plug-in. It doesn't seem related to the frame buffer at all, as it persists even with EFB Copy disabled. The slowdown seems to be related to the yellow fireflies in the room. With throttles disabled, I get ~70 fps with no fireflies in scene, ~20 fps with a few, and ~7 with more than a few. Since these fireflies seem to cast lights nearby them, I'd guess this has something to do with how lights are emulated.

In any case, per the prior linked post, there seem to be releases uneffected by this issue. Does anyone know the latest one that is not?

my graphics card is only the built-in SiS Mirage 3 Graphics, i don't have nvidia card nor ati card...Is it because of this that's why I'm experiencing slowdowns?

This is my emulator settings and the graphics in the game....

Maybe your graphic card isn't sufficient, actually i'm nearly sure of that, but if someone could confirm it... What is your CPU? Try JitIl experimental recompiler, it boosts perf on my system.

Got a really weird problem.
After i learn the song of th wind temple i went to the deku tree island, found makar inside the waterfall and played the song with him, so after that i saved and closed the game, wen i loaded again makas had disapeared, he wasen't on my boat or in the cave =/
anyone got a save in the beggining of wind temple?

I had this problem too before, but now it doesn'y hang/crash anymore. You have to enable framelimiter to Auto (yea i know it's broken for this game but it still works) and enable everything in sound except re0 fix

Tried with framelimiter Auto/Off/60 and enable everything in sound except re0 fix and also with re0 fix, result is still hang with the latest build svn 5246.

I'm kinda stuck on the intro (Ya... The intro). As soon as the whole story finishes the screen just goes black and that's the end of it.

Can anyone help me?

I still get to meet the King of Red Lions before the screen goes black, guess I'm luckier then you. Maybe you could try the settings from here and see if it helps.
