Turn framelimit to off, and don't use any AA. Check DSP on thread. That might help a bit.

Maybe your GFX card turns to Low power 3D profile after a while, create a game profile in your driver with performance mode activated.
It's my turn to ask something: Is there somebody here who have correct sounds in WW? For example, I can't hear rain falling, or it begins for 1 second, and sound switches off, same thing with wind in some places, it breaks immersive sensation!

I'm experiencing dramatic slowdowns in the Deku Tree room on 5182 and 2.0 RC1. Though, per this...

...it seems to be an on again, off again thing.

What is the latest rev that doesn't experience the slowdown? It would be good to indicate such in the first post.

If you've got a Nvidia card, right click on the desktop and open Nvidia configuration panel, go to 3D parameters and add Dolphin.exe to the game list. Look for the power mode option, and set it to max perf, so you're card will never underclock while you're playing. If it's an ATI card, I can't tell you what to do, but I think you could find equivalent options. Just create a profile for dolphin.exe and set power mode to max.
