It seems one of the latest revs got the sound emulation in WW a bit less accurate. Some of the music gets chopped off and some sound effects don't play or something...I tried 4415 now and te sound's fine there, so it has to be some later rev that changed something in a negative way...

Hello, i want to play that game, but it have only 20-25 FPS.
I have:

AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Prozessor 4600+ 2.40 GHz
2 GB RAM
Radeon X1650 Series 256 MB Graphiccard
Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit

This is very bad, because SSBM has only 20-30 FPS, too.
I use Dolphin SNV R 4460.
Then i have GameBooster and use the DolphinLauncher.bat with dolphin.exe.
I have tried OpenGL and DirectX Plugin. With DirectX it is better then with OpenGl, but its slow, too. I dont know which settings are good for theese games, and what I can do to play them on Full Speed.

Pls help, Zelda is the best game Ive ever played.

Well i can play it until the Tower of gods with the 3 element stones.
if you go in you can place the 2 statues to enter in the water mouth.
In the room with the laser you place the 2 statues and stand at the 3rd portal and then you cant continue the platforms dont go down nor move.
When you go out and in you see the platform get a color move up and stays up............

what now?

I had some problems with r4450, the game locking up when you first take the boat into the Tower of Gods. I had to go back to r4322 to get past that area. r4322 also does not have the problems with the platforms that Tearow and Flashfan have mentioned (at least in NTSC version).

Also, D3D still has the issue (r4450 and r4322) in the underwater castle where it's supposed to be black & white. OpenGL has castle black & white as it should be, but D3D has the castle in color. Both versions also have the issue where everything except for Link and the boat is in very low-resolution.

If anyone else should encounter the problem in that volcano (where you get the power wrists), that the emulator freezes, I got through now. I changed two things so I'm not sure which of these two made the change: I disabled optimize quantizers and put the DSP plugin to NullSound.

I still have the cutoff of sounds (especially that of the waves) in the newer revs (something later than 4415). So I use the DSP-files and DSP-plugin of 4415 in newer revs for now...would be nice if that could be fixed though Smile

Hi guys,

I've got a problem too.
I defeated the first boss, but when I enter this whirlwind the screen tunrs white (I think because of the change of location), but then nothing happens a the screen stays white.

Hi guys!
First of all, I don't speak (or write) English so well, so sorry for any mistake...
I'm new here, and I've some problem with ZWW,
the display is quite messy, some polygons seem to have a misplaced vertex...

My system is:
Intel Core2 Duo T7300 @ 2GHz 2GHz
2 Gb ram
GeForce 8600m GT (256Mb ram)
Windows Vista Home x32

Dolphin SVN r 4460

Here is a screenshot, just an example. It happens everywhere in the game. I don't know if it happens also in other games.
Is there any way to avoid it?

Hello there!

I´m still stuck in the temple of gods because the lifts don´t move. After I read that this bug is fixed in newer versions I downloaded the dolphin versions 4364 and 4470.

My new problem: I can´t use my saves. If I copy the saves from the user/statesaves folder into the new statesaves folder and try to load it, dolphin crashes and Windows just says "An error has occured and Dolphin must be shut down."

I have the same problem when I am copying the Memory Card into the new version; at the start Zelda tells my that the card is corrupted and has to be formated. (My old Dolphin version with the temple bug is 3972)

Any chance to play along with my old states? I don´t want to restart the whole game just to hope that this bug is fixed.

well the thing is that he's trying to load savestates (which aren't memory cards) and savestates are bound to become incompatible between different revs
