I switched back to rev3867. It has good sound and runs full speed on my System: q6600@3,2Ghz, 3,2GB Ram, XP32, GTX260

No crashes!

Lol its not playing on double speed, just get rev3949 and get the plugins from version 3981.
Its the best i could find not only for WW but for other games such as ZTP and MP.

Note: Unfortunately using plugins from rev 3988 or anything higher will fail to load any game, so thats why its gotta be 3981. Wayy better than newest revs, of course when the fact is speed.

This game is completly synced with the frames it creates, so there is NO possibility of getting 60fps with normal speed.

maybe some revision shows every image twice, resulting in 30 different images, but 60fps, who knows.

but its impossible to play it with 60 different images a second on normal speed.


you could dump the frames and count them, and you will see that you either got 30 a second or you got 60 a second and every second is the same.

I only use Pal and on my PC the 3867 is faster than everything til 4012... i am not going to download every singel rev as long as I have satisfying fast and stable ones for my games, but we are at 4163 now... guess it´s time to check a new one ;-)

For me any rev higher than http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/source/detail?r=3984 will be a couple of fps slower in Wind Waker, could you guys confirm this ?

Maybe we should just revert this rev until we can get it right for real Tongue

Dude no need to take it that serious, i just said that i was not playing in double speed. I was just trying to find the best rev for this game and this ended up happening, im not saying the contrary and I haven't done any magic..just happened.
And btw right or wrong its definately faster, and not just in ZWW, but also in ZTP. =P

i just wanted to clear things up as other already startet asking about those 60fps....
