[GC] The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Any advice on getting this game to run at 60 fps constantly?
I've seen some video's on youtube of people who can run the game smoother then I do but still have a worse computer then mine, what can I do to fix this?
Things I've already done:
-downloaded newest directx
-updated graphic card drivers (catalyst 9.7)
-overclocked both gpu and cpu (gpu's both to 900-1000 mhz, cpu to 3,8 ghz)
-downloaded dolphin SVN R 3880 64 bits, and tried both the IL and the normal exe.

pc specs: Intel core i7 920 d0 @ 3.80 ghz, 2x ATi 4890 1gb in crossfire, 6gb dd3 memory, Asus p6w se, Western digital velociraptor 10000 rpm 150 gb.
I'm also having normal temps for both cpu as gpu.

try out rev 3661, zelda runs perfectly there. Just Replace lastest sound plugins into it and you are done.

Go back to 9.3 9.7 has problems... but thats not your problem... try turning down antialiasing and anisotropic filtering all the way and turning of force bi/trilinear filtering

Just tried adding the sound plugins from rev 3661 and turned down antialiasing and anisotropic filtering and the fps is a lot better now.
Only problem I now have is that the sound isn't nearly as good as it first was, and the fps still isn't constant 60.

Try the program game booster and close everything with it what is not important for the emulator, it improved my fps from 40 to the max 50 of the pal version I am using.

play with 3661, copy sound plugins from latest revision and make antialiasing 0 not 16 (lol)... with my q6600 (2.4ghz) i get full speed

You should try to enable in dsp settings other audio (throttle)

D: thank you that helped a bunch. you are a god among men.

Also I find it easier to just use the latest SVN as it takes care of several bugs from 3661, and I didn't see a noticeable FPS increase when using 3661 as apposed to 3886 .
