I'm actually just using the "cheat" that kills the fullscreen heat effects so I can make Dragon Roost Cavern a playable dungeon.

Turned that setting off, but then I found that the fairy crashing reappeared. Not quite sure if it was because of being fullscreen though. Reactivated it and didn't get a crash at fairy or entering boss room, and cleared boss with no problems. Just arrived at Forest Grove, and am now getting a crash every time I open a letter from the mailbox -.-

Tried with Cache Displays Lists both on and off. Crash occurs either directly after opening the letter, or after a few lines of text have displayed. Tried one more time after turning it off and I got all the way through the letter, but then crashed as soon as I received the piece of heart and it played the jingle.

Not if you use Dolphin's emulated memory card, e.g. in-game saves. You can just copy the memory card file to the 3.0 folder. Save states, however tend to be incompatible between different revisions.

Characters in Wind Waker are not lit correctly - see my picture here for an example:

Link is the same way (minus his hands). Aryll also looked weird, boxes of light around her eyes. Also, I cannot get save states to work.

I have:

i7 3770K with GT 640.

Any ideas?

If that's a Mac (which it appears it is by the window type) then the drivers don't work right and the OpenGL backend will have that. There is no fix at the moment other than to use Linux or Windows.

Can confirm this. (as I've got a Mac too Tongue

). For Dolphin, it's the best choice, to install Windows 7 through Bootcamp for best speed and best accuracy.

Guys,

Does anyone know the AR code to turn off the full screen heat effect on the PAL version of this game? The one that is on the wiki doesnt seem to work.
