Well alright.........

Try to head over to my escapades thread (link in sig) and check out my settings for Dolphin.
Those are the settings I have used for a long time and Wind Waker haven't blacked screen on me once.

Thank you! Starting from your settings and working my way up, I found out that the answer wasn't LLE but "Don't use JitIL". I can even use HLE and not encounter the black screens Big Grin

Nebetsu, I'm lost. What revision and configuration are you using that prevents the black screens?

Using the regular release. Found that using JIT Recompiler instead of JITIL experimental recompiler stops black screens, nomatter what I do to it.

But why were you using Jitil?

Definitively the good choice for this game

Because it's supposed to be faster and no one told me not to? Tongue

Hello I'm trying to run Windwaker on my PC and I'm encountering issues with emulation speed
I suspect it's my PC, as it isn't exactly the best

CPU: i3-2100
GPU: Intel HD 2000 (maybe this is the culprit?)
RAM: 2.97 gb Ripjaws (I accidentally got windows 7 32 bit like an idiot)
Using Dolphin 3.0

I suspect this is a hardware issue, but here are my Dolphin settings nonetheless:
Backend: Direct 3d9
Adapter: Intel HD 2000
Dual core enabled
Idle skipping enabled
JIT Recompiler
Lock threads to cores enabled

please advise

Yeah, the IGP is not great and will slow you down if the graphic settings are too high and are too much for it to handle. Try lowering the internal resolution setting to 1x, use efb copies to texture and don't use any AA.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333
