[GC] The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

First my system specs. Running Dolphin 3.0 r415 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64. 8 GB of RAM, and an Intel i5 2nd Generation processor. GeForce 210 graphics card.

Game speed, sound, everything....BEAUTIFUL!!! Using a Logitech Dual Action Game Controller plugged in through USB to play the game.

I just completed the section on Dragon Roost Island. Got Din's Pearl and about to head south for the second pearl. Am trying to use the Wind Waker to change the direction of the wind, but even though I am playing the tune perfectly and everything is lining up, the game does not acknowledge that I have successfully completed the tune and therefore won't allow me to go any further. Tried and tried and tried to get this working but to no avail. I have attached a savegame in the hopes that someone else might be able to see this issue too.

Having issues with the heat effects in Dragon Roost Island. I did what the wiki said about disabling the EFB copies, but that just turns the heat effect into black boxes spinning and scrolling down the screen. So I scrolled down the wiki, and it said in order to fix the black boxes, I need to enable EFB to Textures or RAM. It also says I need to use the Twilight Princess Bloom Hack, but I have no idea where this is or how to enable it. It's not listed under my hacks tab so I'm not sure how to add it to the emulator.

Another solution for the heat effect was to use the AR code 003F6B2A 00000000. I enable cheats through the config menu, and I went into the .ini file for Wind Waker, but I couldn't find this code in there. Am I just supposed to add it myself? That's what I did, I added the code and then saved the .ini and closed out. It's sitting in my .ini like this:

+Fire Effects
003F6B2A 00000000

Doesn't do anything though. Help would be appreciated.

Yeah, I had the same issue, and none of the fixes on wiki worked. I just kinda went through the place. There's only very few areas in game that have this effect after that temple so you shouldn't worry too much about that.

Actually, I got the AR code to work finally. Just had to right-click on the ISO and change it in the properties. Does the old way of adding it through the .ini file not work anymore?

All you guys complaining about the heat effect need to follow instructions.

Open "Config" and make sure "Enable Cheats" is checked.
Then right click on the game and click "Properties"
Got to "AR Codes" and click "Add..."
Select "Insert Encrypted or Decrypted code here..." and paste the code over it.
003F6B2A 00000000
Double check to make sure the code is correct
Select "Insert name here.." and delete it. Then type the name as "Disable Heat Effect"
Press "OK" and you are done.

DAMN! i am in the tower of gods! and when i go into the chamber where you encounter your first beamo and you have to put two statues in two switches and link has to stand on the 3rd one to activate the platforms a BUG appears! the platforms DONT MOVE! not even an inch! so... i cant go any further in the game.... oh also... when you stand in any of the switches the game stops for like 2 seconds and continues! pleae ples help

Hello, im new and i say hello,
i would like to enquire if anybody has gotten to the temple of gods part (beginning bit) where you put the last statue down causing the waterfall to stop, climb through the hole under the mouth of the waterfall, through the door to where that laser thingy is in the middle. i put the statues down, plonk myself on the 3rd pad, aaaannnd, nothing, every walk through ive checked, the lifts start moving, but never for me!! has anyone else experienced this??? p.s all the statues are a funky mottled green and grey colour!

any help would be grand.

Ive just posted the very same problem, thought it was just my system, then i scrolled up and saw your post, damn annoying isnt it!! and ive never completed it!!!
